Christmas!

Merry Christmas from us to you!

Our pictures depict the fun day we had as a family with gifts and stockings. But above all we hope that you had a chance to celebrate Jesus, grace and the gift we all have been given!

Here is what we focused on this Season in our home...

For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
(Isaiah 9:6)

Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise -- the fruit of lips that confess his name. And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. (Hebrews 13:15-16)

With Love,
Steve, Rachael, Keller & Charlotte

Winter...Holiday Prep

November and December have come and gone so quickly. We can't believe it is almost 2011! This winter has been particularly fun because Keller is into snow, helping decorate and all things Christmas!

We also solidified some holiday traditions...

Dad took the kids to see Santa...

We had holiday family movie night every Friday...

We read the Christmas Story every night in December...

Keller put together the advent calendar and got to put it on his bedroom door..

Dad got some help in putting up the stockings...

And everyone got to trim the tree...

October...Fall Time and Halloween!

October is a fun month in Chicago. We went to the city pumpkin patch, the country pumpkin patch and dressed up as monkey's for Halloween with our friends from church! Enjoy!

More Catching Up...

Now...it appears that I have more pictures of Charlotte than Keller. The reason being that Keller is 3 yrs old and right now he thinks that running away from the camera is his best bet!
