Halloween...
Our neighborhood celebrates Halloween by bringing families together. The Lane Tech High School marching band leads all the families in a parade, the local businesses hand out candy and we all spend a little time with our neighbors.
Plus all the kiddos (and some dogs and adults too!) dress up in silly outfits! This year we joined them, Enjoy!

Pumpkin Patch
The turning of leaves and cooler weather are all signs of fall moving into the city. Even though we don't have a huge pumpkin patch a local park put one together. Keller and Mom had a Saturday afternoon date and enjoyed celebrating the start fall together!

Hmmm....so many choices!
I think I found one!
Can I have this one?
And loved it!
Keller being Keller...
I can't even express to you how quickly Keller is growing. We spend hours every day reading books and I am amazed at how much he knows. He can count to 3, go from A-D and name a handful of shapes. He is also keeping us entertained with his energy. When he throws a ball he always starts by saying "Ready?" and he has also recently figured out how to hold hands when we pray and say "Amen" at dinner. We are so blessed to have such a bright little kid on our hands!
Enjoy these silly pictures of Keller being himself!

Monday - Central Park, Bouchon and the Mets
Monday was our last full day in NYC. We spent the morning walking through Central Park and stopped at Thomas Keller's Bouchon. We had a TKO (Thomas Keller Oreo) and a Bouchon. We spent the evening at Shea Stadium. It was a perfect last day!
